Sixty chefs. Sixty stations. One evening that only happens once a year.
Every chef on this list is a woman, and every one of them is here by choice. Some run their own kitchens, some lead teams at hotels and clubs around the city, some bake, some cater, some teach. What brings them together is a shared table and a shared cause, and the fact that they all said yes to being part of this night.
Walk the room, say hello, ask what is on the plate. These are people who love what they do, and it shows.

Thank You to Every Chef
Putting on a night like this takes more than good intentions. It takes people who are willing to give up a day off, prep for hours, and plate hundreds of small dishes with a smile. We are grateful to every chef on this list, and to the teams behind them who help make it happen.
If you are a chef and would like to be part of a future Eat to the Beat, we would love to hear from you. Just get in touch and tell us a little about your kitchen.
